| There were 26 members and 7 guests competing in the April 10th open tournament on Santee, launching from Blacks. Two members weighed in limits and they placed in 1st and 2nd place. Three members caught 4 fish, 2 members hooked 3 fish each, 4 members and one of our guests brought in 2 fish, 8 members and 3 guests snagged at least one 1 fish, and 7 members, along with the remaining 3 guests, zeroed. Bill Norton caught this tournament's BIG FISH weighing 8.18 lbs, over 1/3 of his total catch. The Club caught a total of 44 Bass with a combined weight of 128.74 pounds with an average weight per fish of 2.93 lbs. |
